By using the Kaambuddy website or apps, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Kaambuddy.

Kaambuddy provides tools for customers to discover local services and for service providers to present their services. Kaambuddy does not itself perform the services listed by providers (such as plumbing, electrical work, repairs, cleaning, tutoring or similar); those services are offered by independent providers.

Where accounts are used, you agree to provide accurate information and you are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure.

Partners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide about themselves, their business and their services, and for keeping it up to date.

Provider profiles and listings may appear to customers based on factors such as service category and location. Any "claimed" or "verified" label reflects only Kaambuddy's actual verification process at the time, as described in the app. Verification does not guarantee the quality, safety or outcome of any service.

Customers and independent providers may communicate and make arrangements directly with each other. Kaambuddy's role is to help them find and connect with one another; Kaambuddy is not a party to agreements made between customers and providers.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or use it for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or business
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its security

You are responsible for information and content you submit to Kaambuddy, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Kaambuddy may remove content that breaches these terms.

Kaambuddy may link to third-party platforms, such as Google Play. These services have their own terms and policies, which apply to your use of them.

Features may change or be improved over time, and the platform may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance.

Kaambuddy is provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim to keep the platform useful and accurate, we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete or error-free, or that the platform will always be uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kaambuddy is not responsible for services provided by independent providers or for losses arising from interactions between customers and providers.

Kaambuddy may restrict, suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform or breach these terms, where applicable.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Kaambuddy.
